Getting all the parts together to LS3, 6X TCI, 12 Bolt swap the 75 trans am. This is just a mid power cruiser than race car that I plan to drive the wheels off of weather permitting. I am leaving the body/paint patina and just doing interior/mechanicals.
I am torn on what to do suspension wise for comfort but reducing flex. I like stable but not too stiff and not looking for a 10k suspension setup. Those who have done it can you help me with some recommendations? TIA

Just some basic upgrades on a 2nd gen F-body will yield huge improvements. I have the same goal as you... great handling, new car feel, but not overly stiff ride.
My setup consists of the following..
Hotchkis front springs (but with 3/8" spacer to raise it back up by 3/4" since I prefer a more stock ride height)
Factory Z28 rear springs
Bilstein shocks
Performance Online tubular upper control arms, giving 6 deg caster (this was a night-day improvement on steering feel and new-car feel to the ride).
1 1/4" front, 7/8" rear sway bar
Borgeson 12:1 steering box with U-joint steering shaft
Global West "Herb Adams mod" front spring perch for the rear leafs (for anti-squat during acceleration).
In terms of stiffening the chassis..
Alston Y-braces (other companies call them G-braces... but this was also a huge bang-for-the-buck improvement)
Southside Machine subframe connectors (I don't think these are avail anymore, but most SFC's are probably adequate).
Any rate, it rides like a new car and offers very competitive handling for a ~50 year old Camaro.
