427 BBC with Moroso 20460 8 quart pan

is anyone able to tell me how much oil I should run in my 427 BBC with a 20460 pan. Its an 8 quart pan, should I run 8 quarts exactly? I am running a new pan and dipstick and I am unsure how much oil to add
