Push Notifications Not Working

I’m sure this is operator error, but when I toggle the Push Notifications in Setting to on, I can’t turn any of the specific notifications on below it. I’ve tapped all over and get nothing. If I back out to previous menu and then go back in, Push Notifications have been toggled back off...

What am I missing?
