Need help Socal

Hello, Im trying to start my LS9 but no luck. Power at the coils, injectors, had the ECM Vats turned off, fuel pressure at the rails but just cranks. I have two grounds from the engine to the frame and I just ordered two more to be safe. Anyone ever come to someones house to help get started? Will to pay.
