I paid for custom headers from Tribal Headers almost a year ago. The owner has stopped responding to my emails/messages. He kept telling me he is behind etc and then I did not hear from him for a couple of months and he side one side is done, now I have not heard from him in 4 or so months. I know some on the forum have used his headers. I am just looking for any help possible to get a refund.
I guess he figures I will just forget about it.
anyone that can help me please let me know.
thx.

Did you pay by credit card? If so you can just dispute the charge

Banks only usually refund within a certain time frame. 1 year time frame seems extremely long for a bank refund but might be worth a shot.

Depending on the state you live in and the price of the headers it might be worth a try to take him to small claims court??

I'm going to subscribe to see what others say. I was going to order a set of headers from this place later in the year...

Maybe a personal visit to his place of business WITH the local law enforcement with you. Do not risk everything by confronting him with out witnesses on your side.

Not to make things worse but I've never heard of Tribal headers. And I've been on this site for 12 plus years.

I've also never heard of them, but why not advertise them for sale first? top quality products don't usually last long on this forum.

He only makes tri y headers for Pontiacs. That’s why he is not well known on this forum.

yeah it sounds to me like you're SOL. After a year the chances of recovering anything are slim to none.
