I figured it was about time to show what I've been up to for the last 2.5 years but first just want to thank all those who directly helped me out and all those indirectly that helped. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. I won't bore you with a million photos but rather a few of what ive been up to including my first start video. Hope they come out in the right order.

As for my setup:
1. GM crate LS3-376 525HP. It came as a cruise and connect kit with 4L75E tranny, 3400 rpm stall torque converter, flex plate, ECU's for both, wiring harness for both, MAF sensor, both O2 sensors and a bunch of little things.

3. Ford 9" Moser rear end
4. 3" chromoly drive shaft and ultra strong knuckle.

Beautiful machine right there. I’m on the LS/4L80e hunt myself; seems to be an unbeatable combo. Was the cruise and connect as seamless as they claim? You might not be far enough along to know how ‘turn-key’ it is but I imagine they cover all you could need.

The LS3 cruise and connect kit is plug and play and turnkey, as advertised. My biggest issue was my Painless Performance wiring kit. As designed it is truly a direct replacement for my 68 and as such, the Harness connector that plugs into the steering column is for a 69. So I had to cut it off an plug each wire individually into the column. And after going through the usual checks (leaks, fuel pressure, oil pressure), my son turned the key and BOOM, it started right up into high rpm and settled into a nice idle rpm. Highly recommend it.
