Hello from Southern California.
Doing this introduction thingy,,,

Getting back to SCCA and related "stuff".
Looking forward to learning from the people on this forum.

This is my New-to-me 1971 Camaro. Just another Camaro, for me it is no longer about the appearance of any vehicle I play with , it is about how I can get my adrenaline rush from driving it.

Any trained eye can probably see this needs a lot of work, but its a good start.

Reasonably straight from this angle. Big sticky tires. Dial in a little more negative camber in the front and go get some heat in those Toyo's. Excellent start!! Welcome

(edit...and a Plus 1 for Round tail lights. all the best cars have round tail light!!)

Great year ! Looking forward to seeing what you do with it and also keep us posted on events you will run next year. I plan to do some in my 71 as well. I am in northern CA.

Just about all cars need something at first. But you are lucky, I've seen a lot worse "first cars" people have started with. You should've seen mine. Welcome aboard

Never thought about the "round tail light group of cars" I will check that group out,,,,, just know that I always liked the look of the rear view of second Gen Camaros. For my taste, I like them with the small spoiler too.
