LS1 Wake Up!!!!

Hey. Will it be a noticable difference in my engine power and throttle response when I switch out my rear diff and gears? I have a 4l60e trans and i want to get better power out of it.

What do you have currently? It won’t really wake up the engine, but if you have lower numerical gears and move up, the initially acceleration will be better.
