GOTCHA , I should start off saying these parts are for my next project . I have named it FUeL !! I have some renderings done by Kris and I will post them when it is finished, If you read my sig you will see this is going to be a serious car . Right now i have some strong contacts for an event next year with it . But my goal is to have this at the 2006 POWERTOUR . I will be driving it to florida and then back in the tour to the end and then back home . Should net about 3,000 miles.I will keep you all updated . the easiet way it to check my site . Thanks .

I Just got this package today , I wanted to show it , and some other goodies . Cant wait to get this intake on the car !!! :attn:

The tank from Rick's came today also . that thing is awesome , I love the fact that the aeromotive pumps are inside . I wont have to worry about mounting pumps and fuel filters.

Th pulley is something I found for my LS2 power steering pump !
And the hood hinges are for our 67 mustang "Terminator" I have 2 more sets of these coming for different cars , Steemin is waiting on a set for "Quicksilver " I am finishing up .

This is going to be one fun car . Check the website in a few days , I will have updated pics of the intake mock up and the air intakes for it , along with pics of the finished chromoly cage , it turned out sweet .

And also a customers MINT 70 SS chevelle, were installing a ZL-1 RamJet in . Along with the full treatment !

Nice parts, specially the intake! But the hood hinge surely wasn't designed with weight in mind... :poke: How much does it weight?

Rich like me . you must be thinking of someone else. , It would help if you bough a fixer upper than a $$$ car to start on !!

the pulley i found at newera performance , just found out this morning that it may not work with that intake now . I will have some pics tonight . Gotta go , back to work !!

today was a busy day , I got the intake on and realized that the way I wanted to run the intake tubes wont work . the RS headlights will be causing a problem , so now I think am going to run them out to the sides where the factory vaccum canister for the lights used to be and on the other side where the battery would have been .

I am not sure whay kind of tubbing would look good for the intakes. any thoughts? stainless mandrel bent one piece or variuos mandrel bents and such tig welded? I am not going for a show car look .

Also i found that the factory f-body PS pump is going to just hit the intakes . Not much but enough to cause a problem . Tomorrow i will have the radiator mounted and try to mock up my intakes for sure .

Here is a pic . Keep in ind this is all mock up and nothing is pretty . Also here is a pic of the cage. thanks for looking . I wont be posting continuos pics on the build either , you can check out my site for that .

what about leaving the cone filters on there like that and possibly have some NACA ducts on the hood for air intake?

if not i say mandrel bent tubing running down into the lower corners possibly o grab cooler air would be good. youll have to support the SS tubing though if you make it that long. however you do it either make it raw witht he TIG welds nice and polished or coated or make it all smooth. i guess there really isnt another choice. just depends on the look your going for.

lol.. you do have a point there ;)

Might go with that pulley and have hard annodized in black.. stay with my low-key theme.. Will it work on a new f-body PS pump?

Hey man, what about going with a remote reservoir on the P/S pump? That may help.

And Steve, with that intake, low-key is not exactly fitting, now is it?

Harrup Hurricane   Damn, they look good! I think it would be hard to get a more impressive looking intake for less money.
The price may seem high, but don't forget about the currency exchange rate. Right now, the Australian dollar is worth slightly less than the Canadian dollar, which is worth less than the US dollar.

I figured out that i will be using a PS pump from a 04 GTO , This will alow the use of a remote mount res. I took some scotch brite to my pulley ,and the fule rails on the hurricane , it now has the low bling factor and looks brushed . I will let you know Steve if it works on the newer pumps . It should they dont look different. Thanks

also this is where my cold air intakes will go , same on both sides. Cant wait to get it all finished up ! :bananna2:
