Need alignment shop near Daytona FL that can use SPC arms

My friend has an S10 with full SPC front end and the last alignment shop he went to just adjusted toe and nothing else because they "cant use shims" :hand:
hes in the daytona/new smyrna area.
does anyone know a decent shop around here?
