Hi,
New to these forums, but being a long time BMW racer I have been on many helpful forums. Im going to begin the process of building a 1971 Nova into a car I can take to the track. I probably will not race this car, but I want it a true track car that I can drive on the street as well. I have purchased the Sped Tech Front clip for the car, but Im torn on the rear. Coming from BMW IRS setup, I really lust for the AME IRS setup. I know it is a lot of work, but I have the resources to do it. Question is coming from IRS for several years in BMW, will I be happy with a setup like the Speed Tech Torque arm rear suspension or any other 4 link over the AME IRS. Lastly, I will cage the car at some point, so I was thinking the AME rear sub frame would give me something solid to tie into. Thanks in advance for any input.
