Frt and Rear Disc Brake Recommendations

I have a 1968 GTO that I am installing a QA1 Level 3 suspension kit. I am using the stock spindels up front. Has 12 Bolt posi with drum brakes. I have done some research and want to put 13" or 14" in front (depending on cost) and 13" in rear. I have a budget of around $3500. Looking for recommendations and who has best price and service.
