Hello from Utah, I have been lurking in the shadows stealing ideas and info for a little while, and am finally deciding to come out of the closet, so to speak. I am 33 and have done a few restorations, I built 4x4’s professionally for a couple years, then moved onto jobs that pay, but a year ago I started a project that is just for me. I have loved seeing your high end, super cool builds. Mine is un-worthy, but it makes me happy anyway. Anyway glad to be here. Here are some pics of before and close to currant on my 67 cougar.

Honestly, I am not sure it would fit in, I read all these build forms on here, my car doesn’t compare at all, my budget is tiny, I have none of the fancy parts ya’ll have, and everything i have is recycled from other cars. The only new part on the car is the diff, and I got it secondhand from an aborted project truck, I am the leach in this relationship, only taking nothing to give back.. I would however like to say thank you for all the ideas, and incredible cars, I have enjoyed this site.

Welcome!! I like where you are going with this. Not every car needs every High dollar goodie thrown at it. One of the coolest cars around was built on a very modest budget but with a lot of creativity and fab skill. Skim through this thread for some great ideas.
