While that guys taste in styling his cars is awful he is well within his right to tell ferrari to go pound sand.

Those photos seem to imply a link to his shoes, as if they were Ferrari branded with Ferrari colors. I think Ferrari has a case there, probably because people were calling Ferrari looking for shoes. :)

I think the lifestyle bit goes too far, but maybe there's an NFL-like image contract clause when you buy a Ferrari? Any new Ferrari owners here?

As far as I know, only their Halo cars come with special conditions.
