Thinking about adding mini tubs while my car is down. Wanting to keep the factory tank. I realize the shocks will have to be relocated. What are my options with this. Already have hotchkis leafs. Can I just add the mini tubs. Relocate shocks and keep the suspension as it is right now.

Yes you can just mini tub it and keep it the way it is for now, and in the future you can relocate the leaf springs inboard and get a narrowed/notched tank.
You will have to relocate the shock mounts. A friend of mine just did this and used this from Smith Racecraft and it came out nice!
