What engine management system are you using? Did the engine have a little jumper harness for the cam sensor? Is the harness plug for the cam sensor going directly into the cam sensor or into the jumper harness?

Double check the pinouts. I suspect the GM plug needs to go directly to the sensor. The jumper harness swaps pins A and C.

Does it matter that the car was running and starting fine for 3 years it just started this symptom, I was gonna change the jumper out and see what happened but couldn’t find one locally

You never said the car was running fine for three years. That's an important point...
What has changed?

Sorry about that it started out just cranking a hair longer before it started around the time I changed the radiator, and only really when cold start and the cranking got longer and longer before starts and now it starts after about 10 longer than normal cranks but very erratic sometimes it stars when warm and sometimes not, you know the way the good problems get you, I have a ghost haha, one of those

Get back to basics. Make sure all your grounds are in place. What else was touched when the radiator was swapped. You have to retrace your steps. Cars don't have ghosts. Something changed.

I had the same issue with my cam position and MAP. I had a check engine light and the TB wouldn’t work. The pins were in the wrong slots...on both! I did not use the jumper harness the kit came with. I checked the pin-out with a google search to correct it. A small safety pin will allow you to retract the pins.

Yeah...that’s a game changer. I would disconnect the battery, pull the connectors on the ECM make sure all is good and everything is secure. Make sure none of the pins in the position connector are retracted. Disconnecting the battery will reset the codes. Let it sit for 15-20 min. Reconnect, start it up and see if the codes come back.
