Hey all,

Need some help. Working with my Dad on his 65 Chevelle and he bought a Powerjection3 unit a couple years ago. Just now got it installed but we're having issues, and they're tech/help is no longer available. Hoping someone here can help???

Info:
GM 350 Engine
Powerjection3 fuel injection setup
Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap intake
Edelbrock Performer RPM Cam
9.5-9.7 Compression ratio
Fuel pump from the P3 kit. at 45lbs PSI.
02 Sensor installed in the Exhaust, just after the collector (drivers side). Have an aftermarket A/F Guage also, same spot but on passenger side exhaust.
MSD 8361 distributor with MSD 6AL-2 ignition control box.

Problems:
Car is running extremely rich (visually/smell it/see it). A/F in P3 reads 13-14 ish. A/F guage reads 10-10.5 (which we feel is more accurate, due to the amount of fumes coming out the tail pipes and how fast its going through fuel. Idle eats a quarter tank in a half hour.

Loaded up the pre-configured Performer RPM setup, started up the car, got it to hold a (rough) idle and get up to temp (140+ although, temp gauge in the car is 20 degrees+ higher). Let it "learn" and the A/F never gets better than 10.5. Tried adjusting TQ setting in the Fuel Wizard (up to 500lbs even - which barely got it to almost 11 A/F on the gauge. 13-14 in the p3 software). No vacuum leaks we've been able to find. We've went through damn near 2 tanks of gas to try and get it to run. But still terrible, and eats gas like its going out of style, just at idle. Let alone driving it (10 mile round trip was over a half tank).

Anyone help? know where to get help? etc?

Thanks!

Check to make sure you don't have any ignition issues, then make sure you don't have any exhaust leaks upstream of the O2 sensors.
