I have a job coming up that will have me away for 5 months. What do you guys reccomend I do to prep my car for not being driven that long? I'll have it on a trickle charger, most likely I'll jack the car up off the wheels. Anything else? Fuel stabilizer?

Why jackup the car? If they're radials, the flat-spotting won't be detrimental and will sort out after a few miles.
That puts all rubber suspension components in a bind, they are torqued at ride height...
I'd dump some stabil in it and go, 5months isn't all that long.

Yup, do that every year with all four of my "summer" cars. Parked, battery tender, that's it. Never had an issue going Nov to May, 6 or 7 months. Cars start every time.

5 months: No big deal.
A lot of us have to go through it every winter... as stated gas stabilizer is a must.
