Ok. So I am sure this has probably been asked a million times, but how do you show a pic in a post fullsized...instead of as a thumbnail?

fullsize pics are image tagged links from images hosted on other sites, thumbs are photos uploaded to this site

I have a bunch of imaging programs, I just wasnt sure how people put pics on their posts instead of links or thumbnails.
