Hey guys,

I'm trying to plan out my parking brake cable routing. The driver side is pretty much a straight shot, but I'm trying to figure out a super clean way to get the passenger side cable over to the drivers side. I've been looking at pictures and been studying all the first gen Camaro builds over on Detroit Speeds project page, but can't figure out how they do it?! It just disappears and shows up on the driver's side nice and neat! I know they box out a section of the floor pan and run the cables through some tubing and it looks very clean!

Anyone know how they do it? What are you guys doing? I'm going from an auto to a stick and now the parking brake is pretty important!

Thanks!

Does your car have bracing under the floor pans? My 69 Impala had drainage holes on either side that I allowed me to run the cable through it.

What car?

My car? 67 Camaro.

What car was I looking at on DSE's site? Every first gen build starting from the most recent.

I have the stock parking brake cable routing on my 67 Firebird, in conjunction with the 4th-gen rear disc brakes. Been working great without any issues.
