View Full Version : Imgur linking fails

Whenever I try posting pics from the Imgur site they will initially post and then after a period of time 15-30 minutes, they will disappear and turn to X’s or dead links. The same pictures work perfectly fine on other sites. Any ideas?

Are you sure that you are linking images from Imgur? I just looked at all of your posts and all the images seem to be hosted on PT.com. I don't know why they are not showing up, but try posting some pictures here using the link to Imgur.

I wonder if it has something to do with this site and the fact that my pictures are Hidden on my Imgur. They work fine on other sites though.

That's odd. I created in IMGUR account 4 days ago for testing and my picture is still visible. I will read up a bit more now.

Ahh!!! it's the way you are inserting the picture.

Try pasting the link directly to the thread. I assume that you are using some upload picture option?

The code should look something like this

https://static1.pt-content.com/images/pt/2019/02/2Lnt9Zg-1.png

Your code points to my server not IMGUR's server.
