Rough 1969 Camaro in Michigan for $3000 [Craigslist ad, not mine!]

This could be a good start to a project for someone. I know absolutely nothing about it; it's just rare to see any 1969 Camaro for this price. It doesn't have any of the obvious tip offs that it's a scam ad, but who knows.

That car was on ebay a while back, listed in NJ. Looks scammish to me
