Charger basket case into a mild pro-touring restomod driver. I’ve going with a Carl Gerst coil over suspension up front and his 4 link in the rear. The car is already mini-tubbed and I have the spring/link hangers relocated 3” inboard with the MP relo kit. I’m looking to put at least a 315 or 325 series wheel and tire combo in back, but have a question on the rear wheel diameter. In my mind, I had been planning on 18s, but was just recently had a conversation about 19s better filling up the wheel well and not looking too out of place.
Whee choice may be the Forgeline Grudge series.

I prefer to keep a mentionable amount of rubber still on my car to help with the proportions. I run 17" fronts with 27" tall tires and 18" rear with 28.5" tall tires.

All depends on what you're after, but a big B-body with a rubber band on the front looks funny to me, the rear can soak it up a little more, but not the front. Again, just imo.

Depends on if you want more performance or more looks. In general, 18” have a reputation for handling the best. But unless you’re actually racing the car, I’d just get what looks the best. On a big car like a 68 Charger, I think a 19/20” combo would look good. Or 19’s all around. I went with 19/20 on my 65 Chevelle, which seems like a smaller car than your Charger.
