69 camaro. Wilwood 4 piston front and rear. Pedal pulsates. Tried full open to almost all closed on the rear adjustment. No real difference. Runout looks good on the rotors. Rescuffed the rotors and tried re-bedding. No change.
All is stock out of the box wilwood.
Any ideas? Or suggestions to what to look for?
12.1" rotors front and rear
1.12 wilwood master
Wilwood adjustable valve
8" booster. 13-16" vacuum
Pads are wilwood stock street pads

Did you scuff the pads a little as well?

Rear rotors aren't true or there's something deposited on them.
Pull them and have them turned and see if that fixes it.

Either the rotors have runout with a little heat and/or you may have a caliper alignment issue. Are you by chance missing a caliper shim/washer somewhere and applying uneven pressure to the pads?

Turbo6.... rear rotors have been turned and new axles.
Goodys. All have been matched with feeler gauges. Makes no difference hot or cold.
Thanks the the fact checking guys. The rear end is a gm 10/12 bolt. With c-clip. There is a little axle slop but not enough to make it a concern.

Update!. Issue resolved. Half the veins on a rotor were cracked. Measuring runout when they were cold didnt show any issue. Only presented itself after they were warm. I have never seen it before. Wilwood sent new rotors. Good to go now.
