I'm looking to run LED turn signals and have been looking around for flasher relays. Before I buy either, is there one out there that would serve both purposes? I have a decent amount of space for this but that of course is still seeming to run out quicker than anticipated. I get most of my stuff from Summit, looks they have some AC Delco pieces that say they do this but not sure if they are intended for the aftermarket or would come with wiring instructions

The flasher is inline of the power feed "ahead" of the turn signal/hazards switch. Hazards are generally on constant 12v and turn signals on IGN 12v. If you were to remove the IGN fed flasher, you could run turn signals and hazards off the same constant 12v flasher feed which would leave you with one flasher to control both functions.

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for. I bought one of these for my Nova. It eliminates the flasher relay and replaces all of the control with a solid state sealed box. This is designed for motorcycles, but works on cars. The advantages are simplicity and light weight.

This is what I chose: http://www.signaldynamics.com/penta-star-module/

That is very cool corn fed! I really like how it will run the signals for a set amount of time then self cancel. I always use that in my DD. I'll have to pick one of those up because I really like what it does. I assume I won't hear the annoying relay clicking that would come along with a flasher
