Hey guys I need to have my E67 ECU flashed. I have a pullout 2015 Zl1 LSA and TR6060 combo and have the E67 ECU that came with it. Does anyone know what exactly needs to be changed/modified/deleted for my LSA swap? I will be using a PSI harness, Vaporworx for fuel supply, and entropy dual fan radiator. Everything is stock on the engine and tranny just need it to run and drive around the block for now. I found a flash service through eBay for $60 but just want to make sure they do it right so I’m not pulling my hair out later trying to figure out why it’s not running if everything has been set up correctly on my end.

you can have Vengance Racing do a mail in tune. They are big in the ZL1/CTS-V crowd. they will also adjust for any engine mods done. Unless you are using the exact connect and cruise system I would get a dyno tune done to make sure everything is happy. The Vaporworx harness is stand alone so you'll just need an inline pressure gauge at the rail to dial in your idle fuel pressure.

I plan to get a dyno tune done later once I upgrade the pulley and injectors. For now I just need a run setup. The issue is that all these companies like vengeance charge at least $200 for a mail in tune/flash. There are plenty of people on eBay that do the reflash to make the ls function as a stand alone unit for $60. But me being anal I just want to know exactly what they are supposed to delete/modify/change. So any tuners on here know exactly what needs to be done or can do it for me for $60 plus I cover shipping that would be great.

I have a base flash from PSI they did it based on the HAR1099 harness i purchased the cpu from them. I would ask them if they can for you. This way your CPU matches your harness. For the difference in price it would be one less variable in the build.

For what its worth I would stay with the more main stay companies if you are not going to dyno tune it right away. If there is anything wrong with your tune it could escalate quickly into bigger problems.
