Hei.

Can someone help me with an answer about my 4L85E?

Today the tranny are Connected to an 454, and im changin it to an LSA, and my Q is: Does the flexplate need an adapter to make it fit the 4L85E? I see at GM Performance the flexplate to the 4L85E comes with an adaper.

Borre,
Yes, you will need an adapter kit like that to make it work. Since the newer LSA engines didn't have the 4L80E option from GM there isn't a direct hook up like with the earlier LS engines. Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.
