Running a 6a box with msd billet distributor and blaster 2 coil. Car was recently rewired with an American auto wire kit and problem still exists. The problem I’m having is the car intermittently starts. When it doesn’t, spark isn’t present. The car is stored with battery disconnected. Msd box was bad in past and I replaced maybe 3 years ago. Car was being restored so box had maybe 1hr of run time. Coil and distributor are approx 10-12 years old with maybe a few thousand miles. When car starts it runs for maybe 5-20 mins. I then drive it and it starts misfiring bad, stalls, and then dies. Most time it will not restart. When it does it barely moves and is running really really bad. Any suggestions? I’m on vacation and can’t check out until I return but am look to put together an check list. Thank you
