Hey folks. Wiring the vintage air today ,,, thief is a full throttle wire which will cutoff the compressor on full throttle
Has anyone used this? Where can I pickup full throttle signal?

I would incorporate a Lokar switch into the pedal bracket to generate the signal

So, I did not install one of these. Why would you need it? RPMs kill the compressor not WOT. If you plan to blast the engine to 7000rpms, turn the AC off.

Use a window switch off the tach

Load and RPM are not the same thing. Presumably he wants the compressor off at WOT, even if at 2000rpm. How does an RPM window switch do that?

What pcm are you using? let it give whatever signal you need like the OEM does.
