Help me pick a Autocross cam for my LS1/t56 70 Camaro build please

This is for a ls1 with ported 243 heads milled for higher compression.
6spd trans
3:73 or 4:10 posi
In a 1970 Camaro weekend toy only.

I would lean towards the howards, especially if you go 3.73. I have also have nice results with a comp 228/232 112 with ported 243's & 410s. I would use 410s w the asa cam.
