Any TMI Products Reps out there?

Hey are there any reps from TMI products on this forum? I'm Having a hell of a time getting my hands on parts and pieces that were missing from 2 different orders I placed on both Jegs and Summit.

Good luck. Jegs and Summit should resolve it. I placed an order with TMI three weeks ago and I can’t even get them to acknowledge my order....

Their customer service is poor. Products are great but customer service is not....

That's what I'm finding. The seat I received is great but I had problems with the order from the beginnings. First of all I ordered a driver seat and received the correctly labeled box with a passenger seat in it. Not that big a deal as I hadn't order the passenger seat yet so I just kept it and re-ordered a driver seat that Jegs lists as in stock but has not shipped yet. The other order I placed for floor brackets had parts missing from boxes, and all of the nuts and bolts in both orders were rolling around loose in the box. TMI is definitely producing a high quality product but their QC is not great right now probably because of the popularity of their products.

I just called TMI about my order and she stated she has replied to my emails but I have received nothing. No idea, spam filter at my ISP maybe....
