A little history I bought this car when I was 17 and "built" it then as a teenager. It is a base model 68 camaro when I first built this car as a teenager I painted it, put in a 461 with a tunnel ram, 4 speed and ford 9". I put factory style disk brakes all the way around. I grenaded the engine and parked it 18 years ago at the barn at my family's ranch. Recently I pulled it out and brought it home to my shop at my office (converted house with 3 car garage).

Plans: I know me I need to get this car running fast before it becomes another garage queen that my wife wants to put Christmas boxes on top of it. My painter says he can take it in 6 weeks or so (we all know how that goes) I am going to try to get it running by then. It is not going to be the dragcar that it was it will be your protouring type car. This is not a high dollar build by any means think roadkill youtube channel for now. I will add the cool stuff later (4 link, nicer interior, a/c, etc.)

Engine: Got a 5.3 out of a junkyard going to try my luck at stock bottom end turbo trying about 800 wheel hp. A lot of people have done it lets see if I can do it, but for $250 I might drive over my crankshaft one day however at that price I can afford to.
Heads 243 casting ported by some methhead on craigslist.
Cam Brian tooley stage 2 turbo cam and springs
Intake Edelbrock highrise intake
Injectors 83 lb
Turbo planning on single billet turbo

Transmission: turbo 400 reverse manual valve body

Rear: ford 9" with factory disk brakes, 28 spline axles, 4:11 gears ( will be upgraded at a later date)

I think those seats will clean up nice....... Well maybe not. Going to be a interesting ride. Remember, we like pics!

What is the easiest way to post pics. It took me 15 minutes to post the one above and I cannot replicate it.

A lot of people used to use a hosting site called Photobucket. (www.photobucket.com). Unfortunately, Photobucket has recently decided to charge everyone that had pictures on sites such as these $400 a year for their hosting. Almost all have gone with others. I think if they hadn't come up with such a expensive boost all at one time it would not have been so abrupt. There are others (Imgur.com, Flicker.com etc). There is also a work around for using the Photobucket site, just don't know how long it will be until they figure it out. If you want to use the Photobucket site I can help you with it. The others I'm still learning but there are others here that are probably pretty used to it. Look at this thread https://www.pro-touring.com/threads/125809-Photobucket-Fix-inside
