I'm a parts whore and this needs to go!
Description:
416ci complete from intake to oil pan
LS3 block bored to 4.070" (can go bigger if you want)
LS7 crank 58x journals cut .010/.010 dry sump snout (can be run wet sump as I've priced this out to be)
LS7 Ti rods rebused with Katech bushings,ARP bolts
RaceTec custom pistons (need to be ordered your choice of compression)
King Main/Rod bearings (can opt for better)
BTR hydraulic cam (your choice)
GM LS7 lifters, new trays
front/rear covers
wet sump crank spacer
melling 10295 oil pump (hi pressure...standard volume)
IWIS timing chain, LS2 tensioner
crank sensor
LS9 head gaskets
GM head bolts (can opt for ARP)
LS9 300 mile take off heads with BTR dual .660" springs
LS3 rocker arms (can install trunion kit for $300), LS3 valve covers
LS3 intake, LS3 injectors, LS3 fuel rail, 90mm DBW TB
no coil packs
Gen5 Camaro oil pan or CTSv Gen2 oil pan (deduct $150 for no oil pan)

Should make an easy 500rwhp with a small cam. Motor is at the machine shop awaiting pistons. They take about 3-4 weeks to make. I would say this setup would be safe for under 1000rwhp boosted.
Can also get the heads ported. Bo White can hand port or elsewhere with CnC method.
If you want a set of freshly ported 358cfm Lingenfelter LS9 heads instead of the stock takeoffs add $1200.

*this is cheaper than the GM Performance LS3 525hp crate engine with much better parts inside plus higher quality cylinder heads featuring Titanium intake valves and rotocast heads made from a higher grade aluminum that weigh 2lbs more than LS3/L92 castings.
