I have 250 miles on my fresh rebuild. Still using break-in oil. Is it too soon to autocross it this weekend? If so, how many miles should I rack up before it's good to go?

After a couple of heat cycles and a few full load passes in between, I'd be good to go.

Just make sure that it doesn't overheat. Autocrossing is not that much of a difference than some in-town traffic driving from stoplights to stoplights.

Send it.
Once the rings are seated, you're not going to hurt anything. (short of hydraulic flat tappet cams which do require an extended break in time) I think once you establish you have good oil pressure, hammer it, seat the rings and let it eat until it blows up.
It seems all the engines I baby on start up, have issues. Where as the ones I thrash seem to last forever.

As soon as the engine started I put some spirited passes on it (LS swap)

I'd say you're fine then. If you want, change your oil, cut open the filter to verity it's happy then race this weekend.
