66 Chevelle, Hellwig sway bar, 9" ford rear

Just wondering something. I have a 66 chevelle with a 9" ford rear. I am looking to get Hellwigs adjustable rear sway, but I'm not sure if this will be compatible with the ford 9".. Anyone have personal experience with this?

Depending on the bar,yes they fit with the Ford 9". I used bar 5824 (camaro sway bar) with a 9 ".

I have a moser 9' in my car with Hellwig bar and it clears pretty well.

We probably sell more Hellwig rear bars for cars with 9" rear ends than stock ones. They work great! The only 9" rear ends that present any complication are some of the really huge super speedway housings that are like 26" OAL (like Currie`s discontinued Track 9). Even then the bar itself clears, the mounts just need to be clearanced a little.
