I'm installing a Holley dominator fuel system, approx. 600 hp. I have a Aeromotive stealth fuel tank hooked up to 3/8 fuel line. the fuel line stops at the front cross member, I have a 3/8 to 8an swagelok compression fitting. Would stepping up the diameter cause any problems. From there it tees off to each rail getting a feed.

Are you looking at increased fuel volume or fuel pressure? If its volume, I would think you would need to increase the size of the line from the tank all the way up. If its pressure, a larger line will reduce pressure.

I have a factory 3/8 line I used for now, but I didn't want to change the plumbing to the injector rails. I plan eventually change to 1/2. I just wasn't sure if it would effect anything going up in size at that point. Thanks

That should be fine until you decide to swap...
