Hi guys,

Just this past weekend I was flipping through the channels and started watching a show where they were putting a 5 speed in to a 1973 455SD Formula. It was a factory-automatic car.

Anyway...they managed to find a reproduction shifter mounting plate. I know that's pretty vague. I'm referring to the plate that one would weld to the top of the transmission tunnel where the shifter boot would mount to.

I ask because I'm putting a Tranzilla T56 in to my '76 matted to an LS7.

Any idea where I could find one of these?

Thank you,
Andrew

Holley makes this for the second gen F bodies. It works quite well. https://www.holley.com/products/ls_power/ls_swap_systems/1970-81_gm_f-body_ls_swap_components/swap_accessories/parts/71223008HKR
