frame rails 70 camaro

hi i am looking to replace my stock frame rails with aftermarket ones and was wondering if anybody has done this or if it is worth doing?
they are mandrel bent 3x2 box but to follow the floor from autoweldchassis or similar.

I used a product called Safe T cap made by auto rust.com, looks like they might not make them anymore but they did at one time, maybe they can still do a custom order, I have a build thread on my 1970 Camaro buried in this site somewhere and you can see what they look like.

I have had a look at safe t cap but mine are quite thin and was jist wondering if i upgrade to the aftermarket ones because they are a lot stiffer and also thought the weight may help with the handling too?
