I have a 1994 s-10 blazer with an 04 GTO drivetrain (LS1/T56) that has recently lost the injector pulse to the driver side injectors. I have owned the blazer for a year (3k miles)without any issues. Any ideas on what would cause this all of the sudden.

Also one other note of interest when I first start the blazer it idles fine and will rev correctly, but after 10 seconds or so the driver side injectors drop out again.

I have begun the process of taking the looms off the wiring on the drivers side injectors to check for a chaffed or broken wires. Any other suggestions?

Maybe you lost a ground wire on that side for the injectors???

also considered that, just thought it was odd that it worked for a few seconds then faults out to not firing.

All the injectors should have 12 volts with the key on. Ground side is controlled by the ECM in sequential order.

If you are in fact losing the whole bank, check for power. Some, but not all aftermarket harnesses, will fuse the left and right banks separately.

it is a modified stock harness, from what I understand the previous owner wired it as separate circuits for each bank as described in the build thread for the blazer on another forum.
