I would not consider my truck to fit the pro touring mold but I think true pro touring vehicles are the nicest, sickest, fastest hot rods out there and I am aiming at getting my truck into more of that arena. So my truck has air ride suspension and I am looking to convert it over to non air ride. I have attached a video of my truck being dyno tuned. I have a budget im trying not to overshoot, but I am looking to get tubular control arms and shocks and springs. My truck needs new front tires (thanks air ride) about 500 bucks and im leaning to going into cpp (they are right around the corner fro me) and getting tubular control arms about 856.00 before tax, drop spindles, shocks and springs front and rear and am willing to spend a little on shocks because I read that will help in handling. BUt I have a customer who lectured me that I want adjustable coilovers for this and that reason and im thinking about it. Im looking for advice, my truck will probably never see and autocross but I would like that it had the possobilty. Might be willing to spend money on some qa1 coilovers but want to know setup will work together. any advice appreciated

Welcome. I guess I'm wondering what you're really after. What is the problem(s) you're trying to solve?

Coil overs or not? I basically just have a street truck and are coil overs worth it or not.

What's wrong with your current air system? Is it from Ridetech?

No not from ride tech, stock control arms airlift bags viair compressors. My front tires are worn out on the inside at 8500 miles. The air ride thing is cool for a while but since my tires wear out so fast I'm a little over the air. So I'm motivated to change my suspension. With two front tires included would like to stay under $2500. I personally want tubular control arms, would like the truck to corner well, I have a customer who told me control arms are a waste, spend my money on adjustable coil overs. I would like to but a kit if possible, but if I knew what shocks go with what control arms I will buy however I need to. I don't really have an "issue" with my air ride other than the tire wear but kind of want to get rid of it.mthanks again for your time
