Thanks, to be honest, the front air dam was installed on the car when I purchased it. I haven't been able to find any markings on it.
The wheels are Ambit RE83's +15 offset and I used a spacer, I believe the thickness was 15mm, I will confirm once I get the wheels off to check on a small rubbing issue on the drivers side.

The RE83 were discontinued, it's funny but there is a set on ebay.com for sale at 4498.00
