Hello all. I'm building a 80 Z28 and looking to put in subframe connectors. My question is if I cut the floorboards to run them thru would the seats have to sit a little higher to clear them or do the connectors not proturd that far up? Thanks in advance

If they are weld in maybe. But a bolt in frame connectors shouldn`t be an issue. I have a 1979 Z-28 RS with Competition Engineering frame connectors with no issues.

I made up straight weld-in subframe connectors for the 81 Camaro I had. They didn't interfere with the seat, although I didn't have the stock seats to try it out. You can see one here: http://s967.photobucket.com/user/rjpajer/media/81%20Camaro%20CP%20car/IMGA0962.jpg.html
