No power steering in my ls2 swapped 78 trans am

Yet another problem with my ls swapped 78 trans am. I have no power steering! I have a steering box from a 1989 iroc, new holley power steering pump, new reservoir, lines and fluid. I start the car and have absolutely no power steering! I am sure I am missing something small but don't know what it is! Any ideas would be appreciated.

I just took the pump off, took out the pressure relief fitting and the o ring was ripped. Put a new o ring in and I had power steering. But I took the car around the block and now I do not have power steering again!!!!
