Hello there I am in the process of building my first pro touring car. I am doing a complete switch on the car going from drag racing to handling, I've always been into road racing but with import style cars so it's time to try something different with a car I've had since 15 now 42. I've seen some gto's with this style spoiler / splitter hopefully photo uploaded lol. Any ideas where I can get this?

Google "making a splitter style spoiler" You are probably going to be on your own here. How are your fab skills?

Build it out of foam core or heavy cardboard like Ryan suggests. I do the same thing when fabbing spoilers and other sheet metal bits. I build the left or right side out of cardboard then flip the patterns to make the other side. Did the same thing when I built the bumper for the truck. This is out of steel though.

Using the cardboard you can build your glass spoiler right on top of it. Makes for a good buck. I have even paper mache'd patterns together to smooth them out before laying up 'glass. :)

Exactly right! If you use foam core it is plenty stiff and will make a good form for your carbon fiber piece.

This is where I get all of my 'glass and CF stuff. :)
