Guys,

Perhaps you have seen my post for the XXR 521 wheels for my 1969 camaro. Please see these wheels below and let me know your thoughts.

https://esrwheels.com/collections/esr-wheels/products/sr05

I am wanting to order these in 18x9.5 for both front and rear with a +35mm offset. I think that this will put me very close to where I need to be if I am thinking about this correctly I just want to make sure that I DO NOT buy a wheel that sticks out to far.

Here is the cool thing about these, for an extra 25.00 a wheel I am having them drilled for 5x4.75(120.65).

Will i Have any issues with the hub size of these wheels?

Those would have 6.62" of backspacing. Optimum is 5.5" with 9.5 wide wheels, so you would need a 1.13" adapter/spacer. You could call it 1" and be fine.

I see on the website that they also have 18x9.5 with a 22 offset. That would be much closer. Those would have 6.12" backspacing, and would only need a 0.61" spacer. I would just use a 1/2" hubcentric spacer and call it good.

Most wheels like these have a very large center bore to fit lots of applications. Our cars have a 70.6mm center bore, and I see that most of the ESR wheels have a 73.1 bore. You would just need a centering ring to match those specs. It looks like they even sell them.

That is really awesome that they will drill the wheels on the correct pattern! If only they were just a little lower offset - they could be a direct bolt on option.

I believe they will clear a decent size brake especially with a spacer. I will be running these with 14" wilwood aero brakes so I will let you know. I have one wheel coming in as a test to make sure I have clearance.

I asked the manufacturer what the inner bore was and the said it was about 17". I'm hoping it is because if so I might go 15" on the front
