2010-2015 Auto Shifter Wiring Question

I have decided to put a new Camaro shifter and console in my 66 Chevelle LS/6L80 build. I know it's not ideal, but I'd like to give it a try. The question is concerning the Shift Lock Wiring, which is a small connector under the shifter, which I believe locks the park position until the brake is pressed and the engine is running? Any idea of how to go about wiring this to the brake switch or creating a bypass?
