Are these 461 or 461x heads?

I was thinking of upgrading to vortec so I'm trying to find out what they are worth?

Those are standard ol 461s IF they were 461X it would be all together just like I typed it. You will find that X on many GM heads, its actually part of the casting identity.

The difference between 461s and X heads actually make pretty much zero difference.
Had 4 different iterations of engines, ran both regular and 461X and the cars made zero difference.
Vortec heads/intake will give similar compression, and actually flow better.

Fresh with single Z springs and solid retainers, at best $400 ish to right person. I have set Im gonna run on my 283 with LT1 FI setup and twin turbos and only cause I have them.
