All,

I am putting my new moser in my car (not tubed at this time) and i keep seeing talk of narrowed rears. What is the primary reason for this? I am going to tub my car but when I spend the money on a high dollar set of wheels they are going to be flush wheel (no lip). Did I do wrong by ordering a stock width rear end?

I am going for the look similar to the "Hellfire" 69 camaro

You sort of answered your own question. Only one reason to ( narrow ) the rear end, to accommodate larger / wider rear tires. That about sums it up.

NOT narrowed ... This is stock width rear end, all depends on the look you want
Cheers

narrowed near = wider wheel lip
