I believe CAM country is in Northern California. The American Autocross Series (AAS) event on Sunday saw a total of 31 CAMmers competing in the three CAM classes. This time CAM-C had the most CAMmers with 13 drivers. Usually CAM-S is the class with the most CAMmers. Unfortunately, a lot of Northern California CAMmers did not attend the event. I know there was a SCCA event near by and some of the CAMmers attended that event. I think some of the other CAMmers may be resting up for either Easter or the upcoming Pro Solo and/or National Tour events at Crows Landing.
I think the number of 31 may be more than the total number of CAMmers in San Diego. Chad/Tom what do think? Does the AAS have you guys beat in numbers? If not, wait until the Larry Park Memorial event, I wouldn't be surprised that at least 50 CAMmers will attend this event because this event usually has the CAM course from hell that will require third gear.
