Widest tire with mini tub and rolled fender on 68 camaro?

I've seen people claim to run 19x14s and 345s. Is this true with a mini tub and rolled outer fender lip? I read an article where there was 16" of clearance in a 68 camaro - project track rat.

I have a 68 camaro with DSE mini tubs with a 335 out back and it is pretty close but clears.

It all depends on how your mini-tub install done and how low you actually want the car to be.
